I am amazed at how many people ask "What is organic coffee?, What is Organic Wine?, What is Organic Milk? and the list goes on.

Is there a belief that "Organic" is a brand name, FAD etc!!

It is only in recent years that Genetically modified food has made its way into our non-organic food, and only for several decades massive chemical spraying, irradiation, hormones, antibiotics, etc., hence our grandparents have not had the massive exposure we do today.

I have summarised as simply as possible "What is ORGANIC"

Simply Organic wine is grown "Naturally" unlike non organic wine in which it's grapes have been exposed to pesticides, herbicides, possibly even been Genetically Modified, etc

Simply Organic Coffee is grown "Naturally" unlike non organic Coffee in which it's coffee beans have been exposed to pesticides, herbicides, possibly even been Genetically Modified, etc

Simply Organic Cows Milk comes from Cows but unlike non organic milk that comes from Cows that have been given feed that has been exposed to pesticides, herbicides, possibly even been Genetically Modified, including hormones, antibiotics etc.
