Absolutely jam packed with fresh organic vegetables including eggplant, zucchini, mushrooms and sundried-tomato, there really is no need to add anything besides a fork! The chunky pieces of vegetables combined with just the right amount of fresh herbs and spices provide a well-rounded nutritional meal that can be poured over your favourite pasta, or simply heat and enjoy with some crusty bread.

The business proprietors and long time friends, Andrea Podger and Pip White both grew up in Victoria’s Gippsland region and share a passion for good food, caring for the environment and growing and cooking their own produce.
