On cold days it is a sparkling white ( solid, similar to butter texture) and is crystallized below 21 degrees (cold days) and crystal clear in liquid oil state above 21 degrees on hot day . This gentle process allows the oil to retain all its natural goodness including fresh coconut essence, vitamin E and lauric acid.
